Had such a blast with @lily_zimm yesterday running the Diablo Summit 30k. It was her first race ever and she crushed it! Running with my cousin is a new level of fun! And thank you again @willo_lewis for showing Sully a good time and for surprising us on the last mile of the run! So fun! I love you sweet ladies!

Snuck in an awesome day climbing mountains in Colorado during our family reunion weekend. Summited Mount of the Holy Cross (14,011 feet) and 3x other lovely 13ers on the Halo Loop Traverse. Lots of scrambling, including through ice and snow, and even a little running. It was a good day in Colorado!

We ran Grand Canyon Rim to Rim yesterday! It was dope! We started at Bright Angel, kicking things off slow behind a mule train that beat us to to trail by about 2 seconds. Running down, down, down into the heart of the canyon, we refueled with lemonade and coffee at Phantom Ranch. And we utilized our secret weapon - our running crystal - to give us strength. 😂 Took a little side adventure to ribbon falls which was so magical and epic. Probably the highlight of the day for me. Felt so good to be under that waterfall! Then came the split in our path – @_aprilrw and I headed to North Kaibab, while @hannahacarey and @_delegarden took on South Kaibab. Leaving the parking lot for the drive back to south rim, @_aprilrw and I picked up some stranded hiker/hitchhikers who emergency camped in the canyon the night before, then got engaged right before we hit the road! @options_are_essential congrats again to you and your soon-to-be husband! Was so fun hanging with y’all on the drive back and laughing our butts off! And thank you again for dinner! ❤️ Thanks to @jweico for leaving his car for us, and congrats to him and his badass 10 year old daughter for crushing (our reverse) Rim to Rim! I vaguely feel like I got hit by a truck but holy shit is my heart happy! So grateful for the badass ladies who invited me on this epic 25-mile adventure run with 6.5k of vertical gain, and made me laugh my ass off the whole way. Y’all are the best @hannahacarey @_aprilrw and @_delegarden .
