Shasta did not disappoint. We didn’t summit this time around and I’m totally cool with that. It was still a major success. We had lots of wind, lots of white outs, tons of snow, some hot hot sun, and best of all some great company with our new buds from MAA who were doing a crevasse rescue course. We also managed to get in some sweet turns! Feeling super alive and super psyched!

Sound on. “Recreating” in late spring. Mount Shasta! Really, we are experiencing: White out winter conditions on shasta with over a foot of snow and gale force winds last night. Practicing our storm survival skills and skiing around in some cement snow! It’s been a blast so far! ⛷⛈🌨❄️💨

Tornado warning in Redding! And golf-ball sized hail. Seems like a great time to go climb/ski shasta? 🧐
