Wrapping up our epic road/ski trip from Truckee to Lone Pine and back. Spent the last couple days skiing Mammoth with my cousins and hiking with my mom in Truckee. Feeling so grateful for such an awesome two weeks. We skied a ton, got super strong, met some awesome folks, and experienced the eastern Sierra’s in a whole new way. My heart is full and my legs are tired. Thanks to @toddlesnbits for being such an amazing partner - in all our adventures and in life. ❤️⛷❄️ Back to work on Monday!

Today we skied Independence Couloir. Lots of re-frozen wet loose avalanche debris everywhere. The ski down was pretty icy and chundery up top, but still real fun. Towards the bottom I accidentally skied into and subsequently fell into a small stream. 🙃❄️🎿

April 6, 2019. Another big girl ski day on a big mountain - Mount Tom! We climbed and skied Elderberry Headwall down to Elderberry Canyon. Up on Elderberry Ridge we could see Pine Creek Canyon, Owens river valley, and the White Mountains in the distance. We climbed and skied 6,000 feet car to car in 8 hours! It was quite the day. Possibly the best ski day of my life. Deep and steep powder up top, corn in the middle, slush and scrambling down below. I’m in love with the east side! 😍🎿🤟🏼❄️

Big girl ski day Today we did Red Cone Bowl and the East Face of Red Cone Zone in the Mammoth backcountry. It was pretty moderate terrains, but I did trigger a small wet slab avalanche. 😬 Learned a lot today and got some amazing fresh powder on untouched slopes. Living the dream!
