15 March

First full day at Snowfall Lodge. On Sunday (Easter!) we had our first full day at Snowfall. We skinned up to battle pass, and skied the East Illusian glacier. The pow was deep, the sun was shining, and many of us agreed it was an all time best day. Being surrounded by these epic and magical mountains, making deep pow turns, with all these amazing people I just met but who already feel like family = my dream come true. The only thing that’s missing is my sweet man @todd_ulz (who is off on his own epic adventure)! Once we made it back to the cabin after skiing our hearts out, we made old fashion cocktails with ice harvested straight from the glacier!! Most likely will give us super powers. Click for video:

Didn’t think we’d have reception all week, but we got star link internet so I’m gonna take y’all on this adventure with me. DAY 1 - ARRIVAL AT SNOWFALL LODGE. We were picked up by helicopter at Beaton cabin (the ride was so amazing!) and dropped off at Snowfall Lodge. “Snowfall lodge is in a remote corner of the Selkirk Mountains, with big glaciers, long runs and widely spaced tree skiing. As the name suggests, it gets legendary snowfall.” Once everyone arrived we out on our skis and started exploring. Skied up near Troy pass and got some sweet powder turns while we took in the magic of the Selkirks. It was truly an awesome day.

Awesome times in Mammoth, finding pockets of powder in the backcountry with new homies and shredding at the resort with old friends and family. I’m one happy snow monster!
