Lassen National Park. We hiked, climbed, stargazed, swam, and sunbathed. Day 1: manzanita lake and a scamper up to the summit of Lassen for sunset. Truly magical! Day 2: rock climbing on the Vulcan’s Eye on Lassen, nap by Summit lake, visit to Sulphur Works & hike to Bumpass Hill. Day 3: hike up Brokeoff Mountain. Chill & swim by Emerald Lake.

Getting back into running shape and it feels so good! Snuck in a slow and steady 10 miler before breakfast. Feeling stoked that my injuries are healing and my legs are working, and so grateful that I can run out my door and hit the trails. Ran by many wild turkeys, a coyote, and deer! I have found my happy place!
